Private brains. Shared intelligence.
Context · workflows · rules
Your AI. This time, for real.
An open initiative for portable AI under your control: from your organisation’s context to workflows, towards shared intelligence.
Find your starting point
Start with the question closest to you.
You don’t need to know the whole architecture to take part.
- Companies and buildersYou change AI models. What do you take with you?
- Small businesses and professional firmsThe decision you can no longer find.
- People who care about their dataBefore asking where your AI lives: whose is it?
- Technical teams and integratorsModel speed tells only part of the story.
- Professional networksKeep the data. Share what you learn.

Manifesto
What we believe, in six sentences.
Model optional. Your context isn't.
The model is optional. Your context isn’t.
A Brain is not a RAG.
The right context, at the right time, with the right rules.
Bigger ≠ better.
Bigger does not mean more useful.
Sovereignty = choice.
Local, edge or cloud: choose based on data, capabilities, time, costs and rules.
Keep the data. Share what you learn.

From your AI → AI for all.
From your AI towards shared intelligence.
Model optional. Runtime optional. Your context isn't.
You change AI models. What do you take with you?
Models are replaceable: every few months a more capable one arrives. Sometimes access disappears instead: a suspended account, a change in prices or rules.
Context is something else. Decisions and their reasons, customers and their exceptions, the way your company names things, mistakes not to repeat. If it lives only inside an account, it lives where someone else decides.
coreAI works on this layer — knowledge, workflows and rules — so it remains yours, whatever model you use tomorrow.

The decision you can no longer find.
A meeting produces minutes. The minutes record what was decided; rarely why, what was rejected or under which conditions it should be revisited. Two weeks later, that part has disappeared.
A good summary is not enough. Each point needs to refer to its source, and a person needs to approve before anything goes out. This is the kind of task we use to test our components, with invented data.
- Authorised sourcesminutes, emails, documents
- Only the context that mattersand only what this person may see
- A draft with sourceseach point links to the original
- A person approvesbefore anything goes out
Sovereignty = choice.
Before asking where your AI lives: whose is it?
For years, using AI meant sending data to a large provider. Today there is a choice: on your device, within your company, in an Italian data centre or in a European cloud.
Local or cloud is not a ranking: it depends on the work and the data. Local deployment gives more control over where the work runs; permissions, audit, maintenance and security still need to be designed.
- Localon your device or within your company
- Edgeclose to where people work

Model speed tells only part of the story.
Two consumer GPUs, a mini PC and plenty of measurements. The most useful lesson from the tests on Tue 29/09/2026: model speed, context management and completing the work are three different things.
Numbers come with a date, hardware and workload. Otherwise, they don’t come at all.

Your data should compound your advantage.
Keep the data. Share what you learn.
It often works like this today: you use a platform, and the platform improves. The direction we care about is different: organisations improving patterns, evaluations and workflows together, without pooling their own data.
Sector expertise is built with those who practise it: accountants, legal professionals and other professions. If you represent a professional network, let’s talk.

These are invitations, not a programme already under way. Take one, or suggest what is missing.
- Piece 01
Connectors to work sources
Email, documents, calendars: bring them into context while respecting who may see what.
- Piece 02
Evaluate a workflow with sources and permissions
How do we measure whether an answer cites the right source and shows only what this person may see?
- Piece 03
Compare real workloads locally
Have a real workload? Let’s compare it on consumer hardware, with the conditions written down.
- Piece 04
A real use case
A task from your organisation, the permitted sources and a criterion for success.
- Piece 05
A network for a vertical
Accountants, legal professionals and other professions: sector expertise grows with those who practise it.
- Piece 06
Critiques of the approach
Where do you think it breaks down? A well-argued critique helps us more than applause.

A roundtable on privacy, ownership and sovereignty in business AI. Our question: whose is the AI we will use?
An open initiative.
There’s plenty to build.
This is not a commercial offer. We need builders, researchers, critical reviewers, real cases, and professional and institutional networks.
